High alpine adventure on the roof of Tyrol
Experience the Pitztal from its most impressive side: freeriding with a state-certified ski guide will immerse you in alpine terrain that has long been known as "Little Chamonix" among experts. Steep gullies, open glacier slopes and endless lines down to the valley floor - the Pitztal offers the best conditions for ambitious freeriders.
Short ascents - long descents
Efficiency meets experience: thanks to lift assistance and clever ascent routes, we concentrate on the essentials - the descent. With an experienced ski guide at your side, you will find the best lines of the day, adapted to the conditions, weather and ability level.
For advanced & experts
The high alpine terrain around the Pitztal Glacier requires skiing technique, experience and a good level of fitness. In return, you will be rewarded with a real deep snow experience, mighty vertical metres and an unforgettable day in the wild heart of the Alps.
Meeting point:At 8.45 am at the valley station of the Pitztal Glacier cable car or the Rifflsee cable car. After a safety briefing and a discussion of the planned tour, we set off. On the way we stop off at a hut or restaurant in the valley. The freeride day ends between 14:00 and 15:00.
The exact programme for the day depends on the snow, weather and avalanche conditions and the personal requirements of the participants.
