Big Mountain Freeride Touring Camp – Pitztal

Difficulty:

Steep lines, wide slopes & boundless powder

Are you looking for that real big mountain feeling away from the crowds? Then our freetouring camp in Pitztal is just the thing for you. The high alpine terrain around Austria's highest glacier is not called "Little Chamonix" for nothing: short ascents, steep couloirs, huge north-facing slopes - and descents that lead straight down into the valley. This is where Freeride and ski tour an experience in a class of its own.

Your freeride adventure with experienced ski guides

Together with our state-certified ski guides, who know the area like the back of their hand, you will explore the best lines in the Pitztal. Thanks to local expertise, we find the best conditions every day - and guide you safely through the complex terrain of rock, glacier and powder gullies.

Short hikes, long runs, high alpine glacier scenery – that's the principle of our Big Mountain Freetouring Camps.

Our Accommodation: GenussHotel**** Sonnblick

After an exciting day of skiing, we relax in the Four-star Enjoyment Hotel Sonnblick In Plangeross, just 5 minutes from the cable cars. Here, the team around the Rainer family spoils us with culinary delights, while our tired legs are revived in the wellness area. At the GoldBar, we retell the day's experiences and round off the evening in a cosy atmosphere.

Our ski guides always do their best to implement the planned programme; however, your safety and a coherent mountain experience take precedence. Thank you for your understanding.
