Participation requirements
Skiing is a sport for everyone and every woman of any age. You should have a basic level of fitness. This favours learning progress and helps to prevent injuries. Otherwise, there are no prerequisites for the ski course and we look forward to improving your skiing technique with you.
HintAs we do not have a children's area and therefore cannot offer children a suitable teaching environment, we do not teach beginners. Children's lessons are possible from the age of 6.
