Experience enjoyable ski touring days in one of the most beautiful regions of the Eastern Alps: the Lindauer Hütte in the Montafon is picturesquely nestled against the impressive backdrop of the Rätikon peaks - from Drei Türme to Sulzfluh - and offers not only the best starting conditions for varied ski tours, but also exceptional hut comfort.
The approach via the small Golm ski area opens up interesting tour options off the beaten track. Whether enjoyable round tours, racy summits or solitary variants: The touring area around the Lindauer Hütte offers the right route for every requirement.
Guided by a state-certified ski guide and in a small group, you can immerse yourself in a real winter adventure - safely, individually and with plenty of space to enjoy nature.
DAY 1
Meeting point: 08:30 am at the Golmerbahn valley station in Vandans.
Short equipment check and discussion of the planned programme. Then we take the cable car to the top and start our first ski tour straight away. We have various options for getting to the Lindauer Hütte.

Participation requirements
Safe ski touring, good physical condition, experience with hairpin bends and ascents up to approx. 1100 metres/day. Safe skiing in open ski areas in changing snow conditions. You should already have ski touring experience. The ski tours are not suitable for beginners.
Insurance information
Insurance is NOT included in the tour price. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation and repatriation insurance as well as foreign travel health insurance. Membership as a Supporter of mountain rescue makes sense, as it covers rescue costs including helicopter rescue.
Minimum number of participants
The tour is subject to a minimum number of participants. If this number is not reached 7 days before the start of the tour, the organiser may cancel the tour. In this case, we will try to offer you a suitable alternative. Details can be found in our travel conditions.
Programme changes
Weather and conditions may make it necessary to make adjustments to the tour programme - for example, route changes, choice of terrain or the abandonment of a summit. Our mountain guides always do their best to implement the planned programme - but your safety and an enjoyable mountain experience take priority. Thank you for your understanding.
Payment modalities
After conclusion of the contract, a Deposit of 20 % of the travel price is due. The The balance must be paid no later than 20 days before the start of the holiday. In accordance with the Package Travel Act, payments must be made via a Security certificate covered. You can find more information in our travel conditions.

This trip is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Equipment list
- Backpack (approx. 25-35 litres), ABS backpack if available
- Suitable ski touring boots with walking function
- Ski touring skis with bindings and crampons
- Suitable and well-adhering tensioning adhesive skins
- Telescopic ski poles
- Modern avalanche transceiver (avalanche transceiver, 3-antenna device) with new batteries*
- Avalanche probe and avalanche shovel (made of metal)*
- Helmet (recommended, not a must)
- Clothing suitable for the mountains, dry change of clothes, 1 litre of liquid, snack/cereal bar, change of gloves
For ski mountaineering tours with glacier access additionally:
- Adapted crampons with front points*
- Ice axe* (suitable for mountaineering)
- Climbing harness*
- 1x Safelock carabiner (or 2x screw carabiners)*
For the overnight stay in the hut: Thin hut sleeping bag, cosy trousers for your stay in the hut, toiletries in small travel sizes (toothbrush etc.), headlamp, Alpine Club pass if available, sufficient Cashchargers. Tip: Thin pack sacks or compression plastic bags help with organisation.
Important: Only take the essentials with you! The rucksack should not weigh more than 10 kg.
